- As the Client, you are expected to read and understand the Terms of Service before engaging in a commission and making any payment.
- I am using Artistree.io to process commissions and by sending a request form, it is my understanding that you have read and accepted this Terms of Service.
- You are of legal age in your country when making a commission order.
- You are purchasing my service as a Digital Artist and you will be receiving a Digital Artwork. There will be no physical product shipped to you.
- My typical image size, resolution, and image format is A4 size 350 dpi JPEG, or Square 1500 x 1500 pixels 350 dpi JPEG. Please specify any image size other than stated when ordering.
- I reserve the right to decline any commissions and clients for any reason.
- I reserve the right to record the drawing process and publish it on video-sharing platforms including but not limited to YouTube, unless a privacy request is made.
- You understand that as an artist, my art style may change and that reference images used in commission sheets are artworks I have done in the past that I may or may not be able to remake.
- Commissions with a deadline will take priority but other than that, I may be switching between commissions and projects that inspire me to work on a specific day. Therefore, I may not be working on one commission day in and day out.
- Any form of harassment or malicious actions in an attempt to obtain a commission slot and/or asking for updates is not tolerated. This includes spamming all my social media DMs and emails. Such actions will result in blacklisting of all accounts and contacts connected to you.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- When posting online, I will be tagging you on the post with the final piece. If you wish not to be tagged, please let me know.
- By commissioning me, you acknowledge that I do not draw the following: Mecha, Gore, Furry, Chibi (SD), and Hyper Realism.
- I do not offer commissions for NFT art or assets.
🔺🔻 2-a. Full Illustration Commission
Full Illustration is a custom illustration with character/s and background per the client's request. Note that this commission always includes a background and the background price ranges as stated below depending on the complexity and detail. Prices for Full Illustration commission are as follows.

- Additional character: +100% of base price
- Custom background: +20~40% of base price
- Simple or existing (in case of fanart/OC) props and accessories: free
- Custom/Detailed props and accessories: 10~20% of base price per category
- Character design fee (if there is no reference or the design is original): $10
2-b. Character Illustration Commission
Character Illustration is a character/s-only illustration with a choice of three (3) backgrounds; solid color, gradient color, and simple shape or pattern. Prices for Character Illustration commission are as follows.

- Additional character: +100% of base price
- Simple background (Solid/Gradient color, Simple shape/pattern): free
- Simple or existing (in case of fanart/OC) props and accessories: free
- Custom/Detailed props and accessories: 10~20% of base price per category
- Character design fee (if there is no reference or the design is original): $10

- You are responsible for covering any conversion and platform fees imposed by the commission platform and payment processor, if applicable.
- I accept US dollars or Japanese Yen (for local transactions) as payment. Payments are processed through Stripe.
- The commission fee must be paid 100% upfront or split 50% of the total price upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
- Do not make any payment before I have agreed to do the commission and requested the payment.

- Commission orders must only be done through Artistree. Inquiries can be done through emails and DMs but if you decide to order a commission, I will send you a link to my Artistree request form.
- Please send the following details for your request - a clear and detailed description of your desired artwork and image size. You are responsible for including any necessary references, such as images, to ensure a satisfactory understanding of the desired output. If you cannot provide reference images (meaning only text descriptions), an additional fee will be added to the price.
- The commission is not accepted until we have discussed the order details, pricing, timeline, and purpose of use.
- All communications after I accept your commission should be done through Aristree’s in-app messaging for both our security purposes. You will be notified through your email when I sent you a message so please make sure to check your inbox and spam folder.
- From accepting your order, it may take from two (2) weeks to begin working on the commission and up to three (3) months to complete depending on factors such as health, emergencies, complexity of the commission, other work, technical issues, and fortuitous events. The delivery day on my Artistree request form is only an average estimate.
- I will notify you once I start working on your commission. After that, you will lose the right to a refund.
- As the Client, you have the right to set a deadline for your commission. If applicable, please disclose the deadline when inquiring and before proceeding with the payment.
- If deadlines are not disclosed prior, any persistent emails and messages about check-ups or reminders about the commission will be ignored.
- I will be doing periodic reviews with you on the duration of the commission. You will be sent work-in-progress images which will include a full watermark and be smaller than the finished artwork.
- Make sure to approve the WIPs I sent on Artistree and/or clearly state any revisions you want as long as it is within the allowed amount of revisions.
- You reserve the right to be notified of any delay in your commission.
- Once the artwork is finished, you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. It will include my watermark or signature that will not hinder the art. No physical product will be shipped to you.
- Any form of harassment and spamming regarding my work speed or timeline will not be tolerated. If such behavior persists and negatively impacts my work, it may result in the cancellation of your commission, and no refund will be issued.

- You have 2 rounds of revision during the sketching stage and 2 minor revisions during the rendering stage.
- An additional charge will be incurred if you want to make any revisions to the final output. The amount will start from 20% of the final price and will depend on the desired revision.
