1. General Terms

  1. As the Client, you are expected to read and understand the Terms of Service before engaging in a commission and making any payment.
  2. I am using Artistree.io and VGen.co to process commissions. By sending a request form, it is my understanding that you have read and accepted this Terms of Service.
  3. You are of legal age in your country when making a commission order.
  4. You are purchasing my service as a Digital Artist and you will be receiving a Digital Artwork. There will be no physical product shipped to you.,
  5. The final work will be in PNG (.png) format at 300 dpi resolution. Please specify any image size when ordering.
  6. The commission art is for personal-use only by default.
  7. You understand that as an artist, my art style may change and that reference images used in commission sheets are artworks I have done in the past that I may or may not be able to emulate.
  8. I reserve the right to decline any commissions and/or clients for any reason.
  9. I reserve the right to record the drawing process and publish it as an image or video on social media platforms.
  10. Commissions with a deadline will take priority. Otherwise, I may switch between commissions and projects at any point in a workday.
  11. Any form of harassment or malicious actions in an attempt to obtain a commission slot and/or ask for updates is never tolerated. This includes spamming all my social media DMs and emails. Such actions will result in blacklisting of all accounts and contacts connected to you.
  12. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  13. When posting online, I will mention you (@/username) on the post with the final piece. If you wish not to be tagged, please let me know.
  14. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that I do not draw the following: Mecha, Gore, Furry, Chibi (SD), and Hyper Realism.
  15. I do not offer commissions for NFT art or assets.

2. Prices

🔺🔻 2-a. Full Illustration Commission

Full Illustration is a custom illustration of character/s with background per the client's request. This commission always includes a background. Prices for Full Illustration commission are as follows.

2-b. Character Illustration Commission

Character Illustration is a character/s-only illustration with a choice of three (3) backgrounds: solid color, gradient color, and simple shape or pattern. Prices for Character Illustration commission are as follows.

3. Payment

  1. You are responsible for covering any conversion and platform fees imposed by the commission platform and payment processor, if applicable.
  2. I accept US dollars or Japanese Yen (for local transactions) as payment. Payments are processed through Stripe.
  3. Commissions valued above US$100 or JPÂ¥15,000 may pay 50% of the total price upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
  4. Do not make any payment before I have agreed to do the commission and requested the payment.

4. Process and Delivery

  1. Commission orders must be done through Artistree or VGen. Inquiries from email and DM are welcome, but if you decide to order a commission, I will send you a link of my Artistree or VGen request form.
  2. Please send the following details for your request: a clear and detailed description of your desired artwork, reference/s, and desired image size for use. You are responsible for including any necessary references, such as images, to ensure a satisfactory understanding of the desired output. If you only provide a text description of your desired artwork, an additional consultation fee will be added to the price.
  3. The commission is not accepted until we have discussed the order details, pricing, timeline, and purpose of use.
  4. All communications after I accept your commission should be done through Aristree’s/VGen’s in-app messaging for our security purposes. You will be notified via email when I send you a message, so please make sure to check your inbox and/or spam folder.
  5. It may take two (2) weeks from accepting your order to begin working on the commission and up to three (3) months to complete, depending on factors such as health, emergencies, complexity of the commission, other work obligations, technical issues, and fortuitous events. The delivery day on my request forms is only an average estimate.
  6. I will notify you once I start working on your commission. After that, you will lose the right to a full refund.
  7. As the Client, you have the right to set a deadline for your commission. If applicable, please disclose the deadline when inquiring and before proceeding with the payment.
  8. If deadlines are not disclosed prior, any persistent emails and messages about check-ups or reminders about the commission will be ignored.
  9. I will be doing periodic reviews with you on the duration of the commission. You will be sent work-in-progress images which will include a full watermark and be smaller than the finished artwork.
  10. You reserve the right to be notified of any delay in your commission.
  11. Any form of harassment and spamming regarding my work speed or timeline will not be tolerated. If such behavior persists and negatively impacts my work, it may result in the cancellation of your commission, and no refund will be issued.

5. Revision

  1. You are allowed 2 revisions during the sketching stage and 2 minor revisions during the rendering stage.
  2. An additional charge will be incurred if you want to make any revisions to the final output. The amount will start from 20% of the final price and will depend on the desired revision.
